I live in Hollister and I have been a resident of San Benito County for over 29 years. San Benito County is a beautiful country setting near Silicon Valley and centrally located between Monterey and San Jose with approx. 40 miles to each location. 

I became a licensed REALTOR® in 1991 and I work full time selling real estate in the communities of Hollister, San Juan Bautista, Aromas, Gilroy and Morgan Hill. I am a continuous top producer earning many awards and I diligently continue my education in the real estate field to best serve my clients. Currently I hold the following designations and certifications: 

• ABR -This designation awarded by the Real Estate Buyers Agent Council of the National Association of REALTORS®. ABR stands for Accredited Buyers Representative and gives you the confidence of knowing that you are dealing with a trained, experienced real estate professional to guide you through the buying process.
•  CRS -The Certified Residential Specialist is the highest Designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field. The CRS Designation recognizes professional accomplishments in both experience and education. Fewer than 4 percent of all REALTORS® hold the CRS Designation. 
•  CDPE- A Certified Distressed Property Expert^®is a real estate professional with specific understanding of the complex issues confronting the real estate industry, and the foreclosure avoidance options available to homeowners. Through comprehensive training and experience, CDPEs are able to provide solutions for homeowners facing hardships in today’s market, specifically short sales.
• e-PRO -Another designation recognized by the National Association of REALTORS®. This assures you that you are working with an agent who is versed in the latest technology and skills needed to use the internet as a productive tool to assist you in selling your real estate investments and with searching for your dream home.    

     When I am not working I take every opportunity to be with family and friends traveling, boating, water skiing and snow skiing.
